VISION & AGENDA
Humans Resources are a valuable commodity for any economy and civilization. In order to produce an effective civilization successful use of citizens' abilities is necessary. The KA Department of Labor (KADOL) is created to utilize the natural manpower given in each population sector of society.
The long term vision: AICSA, KAMF & KADOL Personnel and HQ offices located through out the KA Mughal Empire and it's union member lands and to have successfully staffed and employed all necessary to create a prosperous and successful economy and civilization.
KADOL operates on behalf of employers by utilizing the AICSAF and UNB unions in order to provide insurance, and other government assisted programs and or services to help produce positive, and productive as well as safe working environments. It is also planned to protect employers and businesses in the union by providing a wide variety of services from insurance to financial assistance by way of loans and grants.
KADOL works to help Military service and veterans through out the KA Mughal Empire to adjust to transitioned way of life outside the military and within service with the Branches to create the most effective labor services for it's members.
